Timeline
The project started in Q1 2007 when TCH was registered, acquired the land and procured the project design team
The Design Development was delivered and agreed in Q2 2008.
The infrastructure and road works are planned to start in Q3 2009 with 75% completion in Q4 2009.
Villas construction is planed to commence in Q3 2009 with a phased completion by Q2 2011
